Hey, I’m Fabienne and I am a Yoga teacher and I offer a gentle, slow yoga
practice for stress reduction, self-care and mental wellbeing.
I lead Yoga classes, workshops and courses in West Sussex as well as online.
I teach gentle, slow yoga as well as Restorative Yoga with a focus on slowing down and finding space to look after your own wellbeing.
I am passionate about raising awareness around Mental Health and the importance of slowing down as well as reconnecting to ourselves with self-compassion. Living in a fast-paced society that is focused on achievements, it is important to make time for yourself, listen to your own needs and look after your wellbeing. Therefore I offer a trauma-informed approach to wellbeing. Supporting you to slow down, listen to your body and it’s needs and helping you to reconnect to yourself.
Combining expertise around topics such as Social Work, Mental Health, Trauma and Yoga teaching, I provide a non-judgemental, inclusive, safe and nurturing space to turn inwards, reflect and restore.
